Empowering Months
Digging
DEEP
Do you know why rock climbers train on a 12 foot wall?

Because once they've climbed 12 feet, they can climb a whole mountain.

Well, consider this 2 month package your 12 foot wall.

This is where you dig in and start showing up for yourself in an honest, committed way—moving toward meaning and purpose, instead of staying stuck to avoid discomfort.

Whether you want to change your weight, your love-life, or your bank-account, it all comes down to this:
Clarity, commitment, and a connection to your core inner strength.
With these essentials in place, it's time for ACTION.
Because you don't get to the top of the mountain by talking about it. You get there by developing your skills, building your muscle and CLIMBING.
This 2 month package will give you the opportunity to practice using valuable tools in real time, on real-life issues.
You'll also learn how to partner with Life in a positive way so you never have to scale your own private Mount Everest alone.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
-
I coach by Skype, Zoom, or phone, so location is never an issue which means (BONUS!) you can get coached in your jammies.

-
Once you sign up, you'll be directed to Satori, my on-line calendar, where you can book your first session.

-
Once your booking is confirmed, you'll be sent a quick questionnaire to fill out and send back to me. Easy!

-
If we're using Zoom, I'll send you an invitation 15 - 20 minutes before our session and then we'll hop on at our appointed time. If we're using another method of communication, you'll call ME and we'll ease into our first session in a relaxed, conversational way.

-
Ideally, we will have one session per week for the first month (if you haven't worked with me before or if you need a high-level of support), and bi-weekly after that. But these sessions are yours! Many clients purchase this package and simply book a session as they need one.

-
BOOKING TIP: Once you've booked your first session using my online calendar you'll be prompted to set up an account with Satori so that you can schedule the rest of your sessions. You'll love the convenience of booking and rescheduling your appointments online. And if you don't, you can always email me for help.

A COUPLE MORE THINGS . . .

-
Yes, YOU call me. My style of coaching is all about self-leadership and a good part of that is being able to commit to the little steps of action that lead to the ultimate finish line—so contacting me at the correct time is an important part of our agreement. Note: If we're using Zoom, I'll send you an invitation before our session.

-
You don't have to agree with me. I'm going to be introducing you to alternative ways of looking at your life and inviting you to consider concepts and ideas that may be very new to you. Some of this may make you uncomfortable and it's important for you to know that you don't have to agree with me. In fact, I want you to tell me if I'm going too fast or entering territory that feels off-base. Coaching is a partnership between equals. So don't bite your tongue just to be nice.

Take your call in a place that's free from distractions. Life is busy, I know that! I work from home and sometimes a delivery man starts ringing the doorbell even when I have a DO NOT DISTURB sign up. Things happen and I truly believe we can deal with any and all interruptions with a healthy sense of humour and a willingness to go with the flow of Life. Having said that, it's really in your best interest to create as much privacy for our sessions as possible. You're not going to be able to do your deep work if the kids are bouncing balls off the door to your bedroom. (Or if you're at a busy cafe) You need to be able to let your guard down enough to allow your real feelings to come up. You won't be able to admit out-loud, that you hate your in-laws or that you want to have an affair with your neighbour if you feel your husband is listening in or if your mother-in-law is right down the hall.

-
Have some paper, a pen, and a glass of water handy. I will often ask you to draw something out on paper so you can see it. (Don't worry, this isn't art class!) But you'll need something to write on and something to write with. Most of my clients like BIG pieces of paper so they can stand over them and see their writing when it's on the floor. And you'll need water. You'll need it to ground yourself when we do the emotional stuff. Taking a moment to take a sip of water is a simple way to bring you back to the present and back to your body. So, you'll want to have some handy.

After-session notes are not part of this package. If this is something you would like, please let me know and I'll invoice you an extra $150 USD for the total pkg. After-session notes summarize and expand on the actual session and are great for future or on-going reference. The feedback I get from clients who receive them is always highly positive which speaks to their value. Please note that the 1 Year Package and the Jaya/Kelli Package are the only two options where notes are included.

I don't give refunds. You're making a commitment to show up for yourself and having a back-out plan is not beneficial. If you're serious about doing this work, you'll make your sessions a top priority. Yes, you can reschedule. (I'm not an ogre!) But I'm not going to make it easy for you to shuffle yourself to the bottom of the deck. If you need to put coaching on hold to handle a family emergency, of course you'll have all my support. Your sessions will be here when you get back. But if you just get cold feet? Then sorry, lovely. You'll miss out.
